Featuring Keynote Speaker John Corcoran, author of The Bridge to Literacy and The Teacher Who Couldn’t Read. Mr Corcoran is a national literacy advocate who has testified before the U.S. Congress Sub-Committee on Early Childhood Education and Family and served on the board of the National Institute for Literacy, appointed by President Bush and continued under President Clinton.

Project PLASE has been a cornerstone in Baltimore for the last 35 years and served over 10,000 homeless individuals. We are
taking this opportunity to hold a 35th anniversary gala event to celebrate the work and passion of our founders, staff, volunteers
and donors who have each and all made it possible to reach this point.
