The second option is to call Solema at (410) 837-1400, ext. 148.

You will be directed to the best program for you.

Do you have children?

The Shelter Diversion Program is for qualifying families with children 17 or under.

Please call 211 to get a referral to this program.  The only way to be referred to this program is to call 211 and ask for “Shelter Diversion Program.”

If you are not a veteran and you do not have children, there are still ways Project PLASE may be able to help.

Emergency Housing:

Project PLASE emergency housing fills all open beds from our waiting list as they become available.

The quickest way to get your name added to the waiting list is to fill out and submit our online Emergency Housing Application Web Form.
